TC Trailers first delivered Dymaxa side skirts to Van Fleet Transport, who started with a trial on 5 units to reduce fuel spend. After Van Fleet saw results, they scaled Dymaxa skirts to almost all of their semi-trailers. The expansion included new Kässbohrer box trailers fitted with side skirts at the Kässbohrer facility in Goch, Germany, before shipment to Ireland. Van Fleet reported significant fuel consumption reduction, with an ROI of less than 18 months.
The first batch of Dymaxa skirts has been in operation for over 2 years, with no issues reported.
Van Fleet was named the National Haulier of the year in Ireland in 2026, due to their efficiency.
Following multiple successful deployments, TC Trailer Rentals has become Dymaxa’s distributor in Ireland. Dymaxa side skirts are now available for purchase upon request through TC Trailer Rentals.
